Registration for AFW 2027 is open. Presenters, listeners, and virtual participants all need to register — a presentation slot is confirmed only once the registration fee is paid.

Card / PayPal
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your PayPal account. Your place is confirmed immediately once payment goes through — the safer option close to a deadline.
Bank Transfer
Upload your payment receipt during registration. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear and be matched to your registration, and any bank charges are borne by the participant.

Abstract submission
Submission is free. Fees apply only at registration.
Group discount
Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
Tax
Applicable taxes are included in the fees.

Registration Questions
Can I request an invoice, or add my institution's billing details?[+]
Yes. Contact us with your participation type and billing details and we will issue an invoice.
Do all co-authors need to register?[+]
No. Only the author who will attend — in person or online — needs to register.
Can I register before my abstract is accepted?[+]
Yes. Registration is flexible and you may register early. If your abstract is not accepted, contact us before the conference.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague, or switch to virtual?[+]
Yes to both. A registered participant may be replaced by a colleague at no charge if you notify us before 11 May 2027, and in-person registrations may be switched to virtual participation at no additional charge.
What certificates do I receive and when?[+]
Registered participants receive a certificate of participation; presenters also receive a certificate of presentation. E-certificates are sent by email within one week after the conference ends.
Is on-site payment possible?[+]
No. All fees must be paid in advance through the online registration system.
Are accommodation and travel included?[+]
No. Participants arrange and pay for their own accommodation and travel. See Venue & Travel for recommendations.
